The Penn State id+ Card is a vital part of life at Penn State. 

Online Photo Submission
Upload your pic in a few quick clicks!

  • Visit the Manage Accounts page
  • Click on Manage Your Account and log in with your Penn State access ID and password
    • Click the Request New Card or Replacement Card box
      -Select your cardholder type 
      -Complete the information requested
      -Click Add a new photo
      -Click Submit
      -Click Continue to a new photo 
      You will be redirected to the eAccounts page
  • On the eAccounts page Click to submit a new photo
    You will be redirected to cloudcard

IMPORTANT! Please review thePhoto Requirements

  • Click the cloud to upload your photo
    Review your photo to make sure it meets the Photo Requirements 
    -Click Submit & Sign Out

You will receive an email to let you know if your photo was automatically approved, denied, or pending approval. 

If your photo is denied you will receive an email to let you know why it was denied and provide a link to resubmit your photo.

Recieving your Penn State id+ Card

If you are a Residential student and your ID photo was uploaded and approved it will be ready for you at your arrival check-in.

If you are a Remote Learner/Commuter or Graduate/Transfer Student and your ID photo was uploaded and approved it will be either mailed or available for pick-up as selected in the request process.
If you have selected to pick-up your id+card your campus id+ office will contact you when it is ready.

Manage Your Accounts

Tools are available to conveniently manage a Campus Meal Plan and/or LionCash needs online. Whether depositing funds, reviewing transaction history, or deactivating a lost or stolen id+ card, the Manage Your Accounts function safely puts the power at the student's fingertips.

The Add Funds to Another's Account option also allows family and friends to deposit funds into a specific account from the comfort of home with any Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. Only id+ card-holders have the ability to view account details; however, transaction history can easily be emailed to anyone.

All deposits are processed as a standard purchase, not a cash advance, and are processed in real-time so funds are immediately available!

PNC Bank

Virtual Wallet Student® through PNC Bank provides interactive tools that help take the guessing game out of managing money — like easy ways to check balances online or through Text Message Banking and Alerts that can be set up to flag the student and/or parent(s) when an account balance is low.  Plus, with ATMs and branches conveniently located on or near Penn State campuses, funds and support are always available.
